Representative Kawasaki moved that the following be discharged from                                                             
the Finance Committee:                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 80(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to allowable lease expenditures for the purpose                                                            
    of determining the production tax value of oil and gas for the                                                              
    purposes of the oil and gas production tax; and providing for an                                                            
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker ruled the motion out of order.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kawasaki appealed the ruling of the Chair, citing Rule                                                           
48(d) of the Uniform Rules.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker withdrew the ruling.
